Most celebrity interviews are pretty hum-drum and come with stock answers that reveal almost nothing about the actual person. But then there are some that are so chock-full with interesting tidbits that you can’t help but read them over and over again. When makeup artist Bobbi Brown sat down with Jennifer Aniston for a Yahoo! Beauty interview, Jen didn’t hold back at all. She comments on everything from how much she weighs to her real feelings on women who partake in Botox.

When on the topic of diet and health, Jennifer revealed to Bobbi, “These days, if I was being super picky, I would love to drop five pounds. That is just where I have always been really comfortable at about 110 to 113 pounds.” That’s a pretty bold admission considering most people don’t even put their real weight on their driver’s license. The actress says she stays lean by avoiding carbs during the week.

Jen doesn’t shy away from the topic of Botox, either, saying, “I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes, because I am not injecting s**t into my face.” She continues, “No honestly, I see them and my heart breaks. I think, ‘Oh god if you only know how much older you look…’ Sometimes I wish I could beg the people I know, who I am very near and dear to, to not touch their face.”

Is it possible she is referencing best friend Courteney Cox? Courteney’s own experience with injectables has been well documented. While Jennifer says she isn’t immune to the pressures to stay young, she turns to “ LED light therapy, good lasers that tighten the muscles, and massages for your face—and don’t forget great creams.” She added, “I also have a fiancé who will put a gun to my head if I touch my face in any way.” Yikes!
