Hilary Duff’s Wedding Workout

Hilary Duff hired a personal trainer to help get her into the best shape for her upcoming wedding.

The singer and actress is reportedly set to tie the knot with fiancé Mike Comrie this weekend so has recently enlisted the help of Harley Pasternak to help her achieve her dream figure.

He said, “The key is to have amazing shoulders, amazing arms, posture is really important. It’s also important to have a tight midsection because the way a wedding dress hugs your midsection, you really want it lean and tight.”

Speaking about Hilary’s exercise regime, Harley told People magazine, “Instead of a five-minute cardio warm-up and a five-minute cardio cool-down, maybe we extend those cardio phases to 15 minutes before and after our workout.”

However, Hilary–who is eating five small meals a day–found the workouts tough but knows they’re doing her good.

Harley added, “I think she vocally disliked them all! But she looks toned and tight. I’m really proud of her, she looks fantastic.”

Hilary previously revealed she is worried about her wedding dress “overwhelming” her petite frame. She said, “I want it to be girlie and kind of on the bigger side but not too overwhelming because I’m so small. I mean, people would be like, ‘Whoa, cupcake!’”
