Rachel entered the beauty landscape when she joined Cosmopolitan in 1996, the world’s largest women’s magazine with a readership of 3.1 million women. During her ten years of being a key member of the
senior staff and earning the title of Beauty Director in 2001, Rachel doubled the amount of editorial beauty pages, created the annual Beauty Awards campaign, and consulted on the launch of the teen title Cosmo Girl. She also coordinated and executed countless celebrity beauty interviews and photo shoots.
