Rosie Huntington-Whiteley says she has a few simple, sneaky tricks for looking good. The stunning model-actress insists her beauty routine is simple and always tries to take good care of herself and be healthy.

She said, “Water, sleep, exercise, organic food and regular facials. I go to
the gym, do a lot of cardio and keep strong, which is really important to
me.”

While Rosie isn’t shy about flaunting her natural assets, she admitted she can use a little help sometimes in the décolleté department. Her secret to a more robust bust? Chicken cutlets. The Victoria’s Secret model confessed that when she wants ample cleavage, she gives her breasts a boost.

She said, “I’m not a fan of that whole push-up look in the day, but, of course, you do need a lift with a sexy dress. Do what you’ve got to do girls–shove them in there. I’ve been known to have three in at a time for shoots–plus padding.”
