P&G’s global prestige skincare brand, SK-II has just announced that actress Kate Bosworth will be their new ambassador. Bosworth, who is engaged to director Michael Polish, will join another well-known SK-II global ambassador, Cate Blanchett.
Parinda Hasdarngkul, general manager of SK-II, comments, “Kate Bosworth epitomises the classic beauty that SK-II represents, and we welcome her to our expanding family of ambassadors around the world.”
SK-II skin care, known for its “miracle” ingredient, Pitera, is usually associated with older women. Bosworth, who is only 29, will certainly draw a younger crowd. But does this mean the brand might soon be introducing a line of products developed for younger skin?
Do you think Bosworth is a good choice for a brand ambassador?
