“Jennifer Lopez really uses her hair for red carpet impact,” says Remington celebrity stylist Richard Marin. “This is the style that most girls want right now–full, tons of waves and longish bangs.” To get the look, Marin suggests blowing hair upside down and then using a large barrel curling iron all over.

She’s been favoring tight, corkscrew curls for awhile now, so it was nice to see Rihanna finally switch it up and wear a straighter style. This side-parted, slightly wavy, full bob was a classy complement to her see-through, tiered dress.

We’ve missed Beyoncé on the red carpet these last few months, so it was great to see her back and blonder than ever at the Grammys. With her deep side part, volumized roots and soft curls, she looked extra-glam and fabulous, just the way we like her.

“Florence Welch has a modern bob–bangs, layers and a beach wave. To get her look, spray texturizing spray on damp hair. Use the diffuser attachment on your dryer (try Remington’s T-Studio Pearl Ceramic Dryer) and dry your hair 80 percent. Let the remaining hair dry au natural and then iron bangs with a flat iron,” says Marin.
