So, this happened. No, I don’t know why. Mischa Barton wore a low-cut zipped dress to an event at Harrods in London, and while I appreciate her decision to dress a little quirky overseas, I’d have preferred if she hadn’t worn this. It’s too bright, too tight, and too wannabe-badass-biker for something as posh as Harrods.

This week, Glamour celebrated their new cover girl, Julianne Hough, at an event in L.A., and based on this outfit I’d have celebrated her too. The gorgeous dancer (and Ryan Seacrest’s better half!), looked fab in her glittery LBD and seemed naturally pretty with wavy hair and minimal makeup.

In a strange twist to scary-pants week, we spotted British singer Jessie J wearing this retro-print jump suit. As if that wasn’t bad enough, her ombré highlights were all wrong, and the blazer–albeit a cute color–should have been left in the 80s, where it came from. Better luck next time Jessie!

I really hate it when celebs don’t smile on the red carpet, I mean c’mon! How much better can life get? In addition to her void of joy, Garbage lead singer Shirley Manson wore a Flintstone-wannabe outfit with blue eye shadow and a headband braid covered in weird accessories. This look was just all kinds of wrong.
