Whenever we read “What Men Really Think” magazine articles, there is always one man who says that he loves when a woman isn’t embarrassed to get down and dirty in the bedroom with the lights on. To him, there is nothing more confident that a woman unafraid of showing her imperfections (or lack of). We can only imagine how these men would feel about glow-in-the-dark underwear. But does that exude confidence or a “look at me, look at me” mentality?
British designer Henry Holland, who is appearing on Rihanna’s new Sky Living show Styled to Rock, created a glow-in-the-dark underwear collection, full of bright and loud colors, that is “to be seen.”
“I wanted our first full underwear collection to be loud and proud,” the designer told Vogue UK. “The neon adds a great flash of color when worn to be seen with low-cut summer pieces, and it also glows in the dark — what more could you want?”
So tell what you think: Is glow-in-the-dark underwear used as an accessory piece sexy or trashy?
